Hello, friends. I hope you're having an awesome start to your week. I had to come in here because I am extremely excited. Like it's time to start a new, uh, series here on stories, but also I'm going to be going live. If you have been following me for a while, you know, that back in March, I was doing my first out of state, public speaking engagement, uh, at a live event. In Phoenix and I decided that I wanted to use that same day at the same time that I was there to do my first ever live event hosted by me and I decided that literally three weeks before the date of the event, which like to anyone that has run events, you know, it's Crazy cuckoo, because it takes usually time to promote and fill up an event. Okay. No, I grabbed the microphone because I just have to, I'm just too excited. So anyways, back then I realized, okay, see, if I'm going to do this, I had these hints, like, I just want to share the process with everyone because there was fears, there was doubts, there was like stress, anxiety, all these shit coming up. And actually the day before the event, I legitimately Had a freak out moment, you know, it's like, Oh my God, how am I doing this? And whatever it is. And I was just sharing behind the scenes on my stories and on during life, you know, telling you guys what strategies I was using, you know, to like fill up the event, uh, what I was doing, but also what was going on inside me, inside my head and body. Right. And how I was working through it. And I think the value of that is that. You get to see in real life, you know, in the moment, the things that I'm going through and how I am working through them. And if you're an entrepreneur, you're going to notice in my own experience, you know, that, yeah, in order to make successful, like any, I don't know, interest strategy that you want to implement an event, launch an offer, whatever it is, there's going to be mindset to it. And there's also going to be a strategy. I am here. Like I, I can a hundred percent for my clients clarify, like what things Are the most important, like I am at a point in my business journey and also in, uh, my work with entrepreneurs that I know what is your 5%, what are the things that are actually going to be the needle movers, right? And what is not so I can help. My clients and you in that sense, right? And I can, I'm going to be sharing that with you. But my zone of genius is how do we rewire our brain to behave and embody this version of ourselves that actually hits those goals, but not just hits the goals, right, but with more ease and joy, because if you really think about it. You didn't quit your past career, right? If you have done that already or not, or you're not thinking of like quitting your job and whatever it is and starting a business just to freaking hit the goals and have the impact. You also want to be able to enjoy the process, those milestone moments where you actually get to the goal, right, are so ephemeral. They're so short. They are just like, Oh, celebration. And then that's it. You know, I have experienced that in my, in my former businesses, right. And in this business as well. So if you don't fall in love with the process, you are so missing out on the magic of your entrepreneurial journey, you know, and also the magic of who you become. process of achieving those goals. I would say, I mean, as cliche as that sounds, that's where the magic is, is who you become in the process of like going after your vision and dreams. So anyways, I don't want to go through the branches. These are stories. I don't want to make this too long, but I'm going to take you. Along the way with me, I am super excited. I may also make these audios, you know, like available in the podcast or anyone can just go there. I'm like, this is going to be my bonus side episode. I decided to launch my podcast last year and make it as easy as possible for me. I knew that I was going to be doing ups and downs last year. Actually it was this year. Whoops. Uh, I knew that it was going to be ebbs and flows because of the things that were happening in my life in the moment that I launched it, but I just, I Needed to put it out there. So it's already out there, you know, and I will add my best of capacities to like put whatever content I can there. And I will let you know when there's more content there, but right now it's a stop and I'm going to relaunch it. So I am just extremely excited to take you along the way. Come with a ride with me. If you want to learn what it takes. Mindset and subconscious rewiring level, you know, to work through any type of business goal. And also I'm going to be telling you also like the strategies that I'm using and how I'm thinking about like what to focus on and what are the most important things, how I'm thinking about launching this, how I'm thinking. I think the first thing I'm going to just share with you is that I have these Recurring conversation with clients where like, they are like, yeah, but I don't know what if you know that my, my program doesn't fulfill the promise that I'm making. What if it's, I don't know, like people complain and they want to leave and whatever it is. It's like you're never. First, you're never going to be able to satisfy every single person that joins your programs and your courses. It's just impossible, right? Your teaching style, the things that you're covering will match with some people's ways of like learning and taking in information and like the process journey that they want to go through and their mindset like blocks and whatever or like allowance, you know, in those moments and some more times it won't, right? So, first things off, you know, like it's It has nothing to do with you. It's just like sometimes you like some people more than others, you know, like, yeah, some people are going to be either cup of tea in terms of like being a coach, teacher, mentor, and some others won't. So just let go of the people that just doesn't resonate with your offers. That's how I think about it. Second thing is that sometimes we feel, I don't know, it seems like we think that When we create a program, an offer, whatever it is, the results are at somebody else's mercy. Like we don't have any inference in like how good we make that program. And granted, you know, when you have a program like a DIY, and this is going to be like a hybrid, there's going to be content and there's also going to be processes that people can take themselves through. There's also going to be teaching. I'm going to be teaching you skills, right? That. will empower you to do your own subconscious reprogramming because that's what I do for myself and I want to be able to transfer this skill to everyone, right? And there's also going to be a life component, right? So it's going to be well rounded. But when I'm thinking about it, it's like, We often forget that we can decide to make something amazing. So my model for this group program is to make the most fucking incredible group program that really truly has like creates groundbreaking, deep transformations, rapid transformations in the people that go through the program in terms of their mindset. So they can 3x, 10x their revenue. That is the goal. Where like I'm going and how I'm going to do that. What are the tools is spiritual principles, subconscious reprogramming and emotional regulation or like, or nervous system regulation, because those things are absolutely fucking crucial in helping you navigate business, you know, at a mindset, like mind, body, soul level, right? Like it's preparing the whole being, not just your mind, but your body and your soul, you know, connecting with your souls. Propose ambition so that you can become embody that person that is meant to like bring those dreams and that vision to life, right? So it's going to be a well rounded thing. And I have decided that I want to make it so effing good that it's even better than my one on one. You know that people have even more transformations than my one on one as it is right now. And why I have decided that because just like anyone that has experienced transitioning from mostly doing one on one to a group program, there's this massive like fear that comes up or like doubts like, but what if people enjoy the one on one more? What if like I cannot create the same results as my one on one or my smaller group programs as in my group program? I have had those same fears, those same thoughts. I. Totally freaking get it. And I realized that I can be in the driver's seat of these decision and decide with a determined commitment, right. To create the most freaking transformational group program that I can. I'm not going to go and compare with other things, but it's like, I'm just going to create something that is like really, truly groundbreaking. And that just, I don't know, that's my vision. And that's what like makes me so excited about this. And that's the thing. It's like, you have the power to decide that. I remember somebody told me like, actually a really good friend and coach, Mark Bailey, you know, I was having the most amount of imposter syndrome, uh, in terms of being a coach. And like, How good of a coach I was and whatever. And he told me, do you know what, uh, makes a really good coach, Deanna, and I was like, uh, like experience, you know, I was, I was bawling my eyes out, you know? And he said that decision to become a really freaking good coach. And something about what he said is like totally like shifted my brain because I realized in that moment that I had made multiple decisions, hundreds of decisions before, you know, of like, I'm going to become really good at this. I'm going to master this. And I. May that, like, my I don't know, focusing that moment, right? So just like that, you can make a decision to make your programs, your coaching, and anything that you put out there, the most freaking incredible thing you can create, you know? And if you have been given the idea, given the vision, right? And you're really connecting with almost like soul desire, that thing that is alive in you, right? Then you can do it. You know, just, you can just make that committed decision and then you're going to ask, it's like, yeah, but what if like people don't get results and whatever it is, right? It's like, okay, then you get curious about why they're not getting results. What is getting in their way? You, in the beginning, you're not going to have hundreds of thousands of people in your program. So you can actually connect one on one with people, right? I'm sorry if you feel like I'm screaming at you. I'm just so passionate and excited right now. But when you're just starting, you know, you're not going to have like millions of people, well, normally, right. That you cannot do the work of getting insanely curious about each person's transformation. Right. And like, what is getting in their way? What is the friction? You know, what is not allowing them to go through the program? What is not allowing them to really like get into the thing? Right. You can. speak with people. You can get curious. I know, I understand that this requires an F load of courage, you know, because a lot of people, like I tell them, it's like, just ask, ask your people why they are not going through that freaking thing. What is getting in their way? What's happening? Right? And then you can do Everything that you can obviously in your own control, right? To create the most fucking amazing program, coaching, experience, whatever it is. Right. But you will have to have the courage to ask and like really stay in communication with your people. Right. So yeah, that's, I'm sorry. And also here, the hard truth, you know, for some people may not have worked on what it is, but. But then you also get to ask them, right? It's like, okay, awesome. That happened for you. Uh, tell me, how did you implement, how much did you implement? You know, and that, that is our part of the things like, not because I'm trying to create the most amazing transformations and everything, I'm going to take the whole responsibility of that. result, right? Because you like my students, my clients, you know, are responsible for their results. Their results are a hundred percent their responsibility. My responsibility is to provide the most freaking incredible program ever, you know, where they can learn, they can like guide themselves, they can do all these different things, but they have to take action. I cannot go into their house and just like get them out of their bed and just like, Do this right now, or like, I cannot make them prioritize this work, right? I can do everything possible for it to be easy to consume, for it to be easy to implement and little chunk, like bite sizes and all these different things. But I'm not going to be able to just like go to our houses and like make them do that work. That is their responsibility. But on my end, I can do whatever effing possible to just do it. Make it as easy, you know, as low barrier for them to implement these, like my work, what I want them to do, you know, and get those transformations. So again, my first lesson in this behind the scenes thing, it's like, I am really, truly like making a committed determined decision that I am going to create the most amazing group program that I can create. And I am committed to making it better and better and better. And that people will have amazing transformations and all these different things. But if I'm not their cup of tea, I can do nothing about that. You know, my people are going to be my people. Some people won't have the results. Oh, well, you know, like there'll be a guarantee or something that I can give them their money back or whatever. Right. In like certain conditions. And then the other things that. I'm just assuming that they are going to be responsible for their results and that I'm going to attract, you know, grownups that actually are willing to do the work. And I'm going to make sure that my communication, my marketing and everything attracts people that are ready to do this work. Right. And if they're not ready, the problem is going to still be there. You know, I don't like people making decisions out of urgency. I really love them to make empowered decisions where they're really tuning into themselves and just like. figure out, is this what I want to do? Is this what I want to do right now? And make an empowered decision instead of a decision out of fear of loss, fear of formal, fear of missing out or like urgency, right? I don't want people making decisions like that. I have a very clear vision of who I want to like let into this program, how I want them to make their decisions, uh, how I want to like run it so that, uh, Uh, it has the best results and I am super excited to take you along the way. It's going to be an amazing ride. I think you're going to learn a lot from my behind the scenes process. And I am embodying right now, the version of me that is like my Gemini. Well, that's the other thing I've been doing behind the scenes is that I've been learning a lot more about, uh, my astrology for business, for making money, for taking care of money, for being a good student. And also just in general, you know, for a purpose for like where I shine and all these different things. I've been learning all of these from Natalia Benson. I highly recommend everything she puts out there. She has an incredible energy and such an empowering lens to walk you through all this knowledge, you know? And one thing that I have, like, I know is that my North knot, which is like, Kind of like my life purpose type thing is to communicate and share everything I can in this lifetime, which is actually, it makes a hundred percent sense that I just want to have a podcast and want to write books and want to speak on stages and want to like, just come here and communicate. Things and like I love writing and I love like putting my content out there. It's just because it's just so in me where my soul is going. And it doesn't mean that it has been easy to get to this point because I had to overcome an f load of sequential blocks around fear of being seen, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, confusion, fear, like panic of pilot speaking. So like so many things right? I have had to do and overcome in order to like get to this place where I can actually speak to you in this way and own all these different things that I'm telling you and speak with this level of confidence. But that's exactly why I also help my clients, you know, overcome the exact same shit, because I know that they know that there's something inside of them that they want to put out into the world. They have gifts, they have like, Things that they know are meant to do in this life. And I am at a subconscious level. Like I'm that like person that clears everything, like clears the path for them.
